The opening ceremony took place this Monday, September 28, under the presidency of the Minister of National Education, Mama Omorou. The objective is to strengthen the skills of the communication services staff of the member Institutions and Funds of the RAFPRO.
« This training is in line with the government's priority objectives: to strengthen institutional and human capacities to meet development challenges, ensure the effectiveness of rights, and consolidate social cohesion ," said the minister.
Organized by the RAFPRO and the FNAFPP-TOGO, this session aims to improve the visibility of institutions, enhance their actions, and strengthen their interactions with their various audiences. For Awali PIDASSA, president of the Management Committee of the FNAFPP-Togo, communication now represents a strategic issue.
"Communication is no longer just a means of informing; it has become a true lever of governance, credibility, and institutional performance. This is the essence of this seminar ," he emphasized.

According to Jean Y. TOSSAVI, permanent secretary of the RAFPRO, this initiative is part of the continuity of the network's capacity building programs.
« The Network has set itself the mission of organizing annual training sessions focused on the profession of its members, before equipping itself, starting in 2022, with its first three-year training plan 2023-2025. The training hosted by the FNAFPP is part of the second generation of the three-year training plan 2026-2028 of the RAFPRO », he specified.
